This three-day wedding in the rolling hills of East Tennessee was an absolute joy to be a part of. The bride, Zoë, and I concocted the perfect late-summer-into-early-fall color palette and she turned me loose to cover RT Lodge in flowers. Today, I’m sharing the first two days of events! To set the scene, we created floral installations through the property, including the staircase, a photo booth built by the bride’s father, and on all of the mantles.
Friday night, Zoë and Ben hosted their closest friends for a white linen dinner party to kick off the weekend, complete with a flower crown booth. My team and I created custom crowns on site and by the time we finished even the boys had come over for boutonnieres and crowns! Then, they all enjoyed dinner on the front drive.
On Saturday, the rest of the guests arrived and were greeted with a welcome dinner on the front lawn with wildflower inspired centerpieces. Then, they were ushered to the the stunning sailcloth tent for a square dance under a large greenery installation!
