Attending this dreamy, three-day workshop in at the gates of Glacier in Montana was one of the most encouraging things that happened to Rosemary & Finch last year. Darci of Beargrass Gardens Florals + Events created a wonderful atmosphere for a small group of floral designers to come together, learn, relax, and draw refreshment from each other’s company–amidst glasses of wine on the back porch and star gazing under the huge Montana sky. One of my favorite aspects of the experience was that all of the attendees learned so much from each other. Every single student at the workshop was ridiculously talented and I walked away with so many wonderful new flower friends!
We had opportunities to design lush bouquets and centerpieces in a pole barn facing sweeping views of the mountains with a fantastic selection of flowers from Mayesh as well as the chance to forage from the Green Valley Ranch property. And the cherry on top was a fantastic red jammer tour through Glacier National Park before coming back to an exquisite farewell dinner on the lawn styled by Darci and guest instructors Ashley and Nancy.
