Not only did Liz choose a unique, lively color palette for her wedding to Rand, she also gave us creative freedom to use some really unique and beautiful types of blooms for the floral design! With hues of chartreuse, yellow, coral, salmon, cream, and copper, we chose to include oncidium and cybidium orchids, calla lilies, viburnum, garlic scapes, lady slipper orchids, allium, ranunculus, explosion grass, amaranthus, and more. A rainy day couldn’t stop this wedding – the ceremony pivoted from the botanic garden to a backup plan of the backyard tent. I don’t think I’ve ever loved a rain plan this much, it turned out so beautifully! The tent had tree branches creeping into it for a lush, garden-inspired vibe that was enhanced by vibrant, organic clouds of flowers suspended above the festivities. The dinner tent in the front yard had its own drama, with airy, whimsical meadows of flowers along with sculptures and taper candles lining the long tables. It was truly a joy to bring this vision to life. Congrats to Liz and Rand!
