After two days of joyful festivities (view Part 1 here), the wedding day arrived! My team and I worked to surprise and delight the guests yet again by adding to and growing the floral installations we’d built throughout the property over the weekend. We all agreed that the addition of a few bold copper beech branches completely transformed our creations!
One of my favorite elements throughout the weekend was our use of fruiting branches. I included everything from persimmons to blackberries to hops to pomegranates, and they heightened the feel of late summer meeting early fall.
Pro tip: if you’re struggling on how to incorporate florals into your table designs but also need to keep plenty of space for a family style meal, take a note from Zoë + Ben: Zoë’s father built gorgeous shelves that were lifted off the table to create space underneath for greenery, florals, and, of course, fruiting branches while food went on top!
Don’t miss the epic dance floor install – you might even spot me and my team dancing the night away!
